Product Replacement / CARE Program
Should you need to replace your BioMat® for any reason (e.g. upgrade, damage, replacement) Richway offers you a replacement of your BioMat® at 70% off (which is 30% of the current retail price + S&H). The CARE program does not include replacement of your controller. If your controller is still functioning, keep it as you may continue to use it with your replacement BioMat®. Please check with Richway to ensure compatibility.
*How to Request Replacement
Please contact Richway Warranty Support at rma@richwayusa.com. Please include in your email the name of the original purchaser and Richway Invoice (RI) number, the Serial Number (located on the back of your controller) if applicable and indicate that you are interested in the CARE Replacement program. Richway will reply with complete instructions for you to follow.

You may have your 7000MX controller replaced for free by sending it to:

Write "Your name - shipping address" on the outside of the box. There is no need to contact Richway in advance, or obtain an RMA. You may simply mail in your old controller.

Issue with the controller in detail :
For 3000MX, the pricing is 50% of the current controller price. Richway will contact you to collect payment.
For 7000MX, when Richway receives it, they will replace it with a recalibrated controller.
*DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order is missing any parts/accessories or is damaged upon receipt, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately, so a claim can be made to our shipping carrier. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items/components, you must notify us within 7 business days from the date of initial receipt. Please have your RI number and/or tracking number ready upon request.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes. Changes may be posted without notice to you.
*International requests: please be aware of customs duties, VAT and taxes of return destinations. Richway is not responsible for these fees or is not liable to provide details and information on these fees.
