RichWay International, Inc. offers a wonderful Lifetime Trade-In policy. Richway will take 30% of your original purchase price and extend it to you as a credit on any new purchase item of your choice. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

How it works:

Richway will take 30% of your original purchase price and extend it to you as a credit on any new purchase item of your choice. The credit will be deducted from the purchase price of the new item plus shipping. Credit from one trade-in item may be applied to the purchase of one new item only. You cannot use more than one trade-in item to receive a greater discount on a new item.

1. Trade-in for a product of lesser value
   

   Ex: Trade In a Professional BioMat® for a Mini BioMat®.  Original Purchase Price  $1950 x 30% = $585 (CREDIT); New Mini is $780 – $585 (CREDIT) = $195 + $40 (US S/H) Total: $235

2. Trade-in for a product of greater value
   Ex: Trade In a Professional BioMat® for the Alkalife Water System.   Original Purchase Price $1950 x 30% = $585 (CREDIT) Current Purchase Price $2500 – $585 (CREDIT) = $1915 + $60 (S/H) Total: $1975

How to get service:

Please contact Richway Warranty Support at rma@richwayusa.com.  Please include in your email the name of the original purchaser and Richway Invoice (RI) number, the Serial Number (located on the back of your controller) if applicable, and indicate that you are interested in the trade-in program.  Richway will reply with complete instructions for you to follow.  

*NOTE: If an RMA number is not obtained from Richway, your package(s) may be refused and returned to you.
